You would have to advertise on a free website or in free classifieds. I've never heard of a free lead.

I don't reccommend using free leads. I had many problems cause these leads (people) usually complain that you send them spam.
The leads you get which are free are usually sold many times and same people receive a lot of emails… the same way you receive a lot of emails in your spam/junk folder.
